Step 2: Preparing for the event
Planning and coordinating an event means that you will be held responsible for knowing the rules and regulations of the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania, the Venue, and the State.
Per University guidelines, all vendor and/or speaker contracts must be signed by the University’s Purchasing Department; students and staff are not permitted to sign off on contracts.
- Wharton Complex Alcohol Usage Agreement (must be signed and turned in before your event)
- Alcohol Policy Table Tent Signage (must be displayed at Bar and/or entrance to event)
