How to Follow-up With Your Prospects Who Have Started Applications

There are many actions you can take to follow-up with a prospect of yours who has started an application. We wanted to note a few items:

  1. Send an Email Using a TemplateĀ – There is already a template called “Starting Your Application: The Admissions Team is Here to Help.” There are other templates that encourage prospects to attend an event or to explore other application-related resources.
  2. Create a Follow-up TaskĀ – Make sure you are creating follow-up tasks for prospects who have started an application so you can keep checking in.
