Wharton Marketing and Communications, Marketing Technology (MarTech) and WCIT have embarked on a effort to establish a single student record that will follow the student from initial engagement through endowment. This is a multi-year effort implementing technologies, testing assumptions, training and collecting staff feedback to improve Wharton processes.  MarTech will be working with admissions on marketing and recruiting, tracking relevant interactions with students to aid in retention and understanding how to nurture as alumni.
